Postpartum Support Gummies are great for anyone that's just had a baby. Full of vitamins and minerals, these will help with fatigue and give iron levels a boost and many other benefits. These also contain biotin which is great for hair. We all know hair can fall out after pregnancy so hopefully these will reduce hair loss. They have a tasty berry flavour and they're chewy. Great for people that struggle to swallow tablets. 2 gummies per day are required so this is a 1 month supply.

Obviously, I can't comment on the medicinal/health benefits of these gummies.But the flavour is nice as is the experience of taking them - especially if you don't like taking tablets.I think they're decent value for the size of the pack, and if they provide the health benefits claimed, then they're great (even if it's a placebo!)I like them.

These gummies are yummy and convenient. You take 2 daily so this container of 60 will last you around a month. They taste great although sugar products are the first two ingredients so this isn’t surprising! I really appreciate that this is a clearly marked vegetarian and vegan product - they haven’t used gelatin like some other brands. If you don’t like swallowing capsules and tablets then these a nice fruity, tasty alternative.
