Returns Policy

It is important that upon receipt of your order, you check your items and always before use. If there are any issues or errors with your order, these need to be communicated to us immediately so that we can investigate accordingly.

Our returns policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change this returns policy at any time. Our current returns policy was last updated 8th March 2021.

14-day "no-questions" return guarantee.

We offer a 14-day "no-questions" return guarantee policy. The cancellation period will start 14 days from the date which you receive physical possession of you order.

You will need to include your order number, the product description of the item you want to return and the reason for the return. Once we have received these, we will provide you with a returns number, along with instructions and returns postal address.

Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in their original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in perfect condition and any retail seals unbroken. 

 

What should I do if I receive incorrect items in my order?

Please accept our apologies if you have accepted an incorrect item. Our fulfilment process operates to the highest of standards, although mistakes do sometimes happen. 

Upon receipt and inspection of your order, please contact us immediately and we can investigate the issue. Please note, we may require further information such as pictures so we can effectively deal with your query.

How do I arrange a return?

In order to arrange a return, please contact us through the email address support@knownnutrition.com.

You will need to include your order number, the product description of the item you want to return and the reason for the return. Once we have received these, we will provide you with a returns number, along with instructions and returns postal address.

When processing your return, please ensure that all items are securely packaged and our returns form is included within the parcel.

When you post the item, please obtain proof of postage in the rare event that the item is lost in transit- it is advised that you choose a delivery method which insures you up to the value of the goods returned. The returned product is your responsibility until the time that it reaches the returns postal address and received by our warehouse.

 

Will my return postage costs be refunded to me?

We will refund postage costs for returned items where the return is required due to our error. Notably, incorrect items sent in your order or if your items are damaged or faulty.

We do not refund postage costs for returned items which are unwanted or no longer required, these costs shall be covered in full by you.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned items have been received by us and your query resolved, any subsequent refunds will be made automatically using your original method of payment. Refunds will be made available in your account with 3-5 business days.
