Tasty way to take vitamins
This is a brand I have come to trust and which always makes tasty gummy supplements, perfect for anyone with issues swallowing tablets .The hardest thing is to resist the temptation to have more than required. But you can solve this by ordering a selection in the range so that it feels like you're having a treat. I definitely feel a benefit when taking pro and pre bitotics and after having had a break from them, taking these had settled my digestion and reminded me why I had been taking them previously. So this is definitely a supplement that I have found to have an effect

Convenient to take
As with any vitamin / supplement, it takes regular and continued use to see / feel any effect. These are fruity flavoured gums and are easy to chew and digest - much easier than taking a pill format. I have taken a number of supplements from Known and find them a good quality brand. I am happy to continue to take these as part of my regular routine
