These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any subscription plan offered through knownnutrition.co.uk (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Known Nutrition”). By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms in conjunction with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with a subscription purchase

1. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing, you enter into a continuous service contract with Known Nutrition. This means:

  • You authorise recurring billing using the payment method provided.
  • Subscriptions will continue unless and until you cancel in accordance with Section 5.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

2. Payment & Billing

  • You will be billed automatically at the frequency you selected.
  • Payment will be taken using your saved payment method on the scheduled billing date.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are current, valid, and sufficient.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to three additional times. If unsuccessful, your order may be skipped, paused, or the subscription cancelled at our discretion.

3. Subscription Management

You may manage your subscription via your online account at any time. This includes:

  • Pausing or skipping an order
  • Changing the delivery frequency
  • Swapping products
  • Adding or gifting products
  • Updating shipping or billing details

Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle.

4. Minimum Commitment

A minimum of two (2) completed deliveries is required before cancellation is permitted for all new subscriptions. Any cancellation requests received before the second delivery will not be processed, and you will remain liable for the second charge and dispatch.

5. Cancellation Policy

After the two-order minimum, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation process.

Cancellations take effect for future billing cycles and must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Requests made after this cutoff may result in one final charge and delivery.

6. Price and Product Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing, products, and service terms at our discretion. You will be notified in advance of any changes that affect your subscription price or product contents.

Continued use of your subscription after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Your initial subscription order may be shipped using a method different from recurring orders.
  • All subsequent recurring subscription orders will be shipped via our Standard Delivery service.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information or third-party courier issues.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Subscription discounts and promotional offers are subject to change or termination at any time. If your subscription is cancelled and later reactivated, previous discounts may no longer apply.

9. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login and password. Any actions taken through your account will be deemed authorised by you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Known Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Delays in delivery
  • Payment processing failures
  • Product dissatisfaction
  • Service interruptions
  • User misuse of the subscription platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim.
