Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to addresses located in UK Mainland. We are working hard with our courier partners on solutions which will enable shipping in to Europe. As soon as this is available, we will be sure to keep you updated.
When will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed on Weekends or Bank Holidays will also be processed the following business day.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, promotional activity, Bank Holidays or courier delays.
Who will deliver my order?
UK orders are fulfilled using Amazon Shipping. This means your tracking updates may show Amazon Shipping as the carrier once your order has been dispatched.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
What if an item is out of stock?
Due to the complex nature of our products we may occasionally experience some out of stock products. This will show up on the order now section for that product. We will always let you know the minute a product comes back into stock via Instagram and Facebook so make sure you follow us.

What payment methods do you accept?
Known Nutrition uses Total Processing Ltd as a payment provider, through which you can purchase using Visa & Mastercard card. We also accept PayPal. We are working hard with our payment partner on developing our payment method offering. As soon as this is available, we will be sure to keep you updated.
How will purchases appear on my credit card statement?
For payments made through Visa & Mastercard payments, these will appear as "KNOWN NUTRITION" on your credit card statement.
For payments made through Paypal, these will appear as "PAYPAL *KNOWN" on your credit card statement.
