Useful but very pricey
These vegan friendly female supplements are supposed to help to balance your hormones throughout the month. They are around £17 for a month month supply which is very pricey. Will take them for the initial month but at this price probably won’t be a regular purchase for me. Easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste.

Really tasty - they taste natural and don't leave an unpleasant aftertaste. The label design is rather sweet too. The main thing I like about taking vitamins in gummy form is that it feels like a sweet and satisfies a craving without making me feel guilty about eating sweets.

Smell of orange but not very appetising
Known, these are moody support gummies which has 60 gummies included, and have tons of vitamin B in them, however the smell of these orange gummies aren’t so appetising, they do taste like orange and they are easily chewable, they don’t leave a aftertaste in your mouth at all, overall these gummies are amazing

Worthwhile ingredients but slightly odd flavour and quite expensive
Although these are listed as raspberry flavoured gummies, the bottle I received was lemon flavoured, though the smell is not identifiable as lemon. They actually have a slight bitterness and almost a hint of rubber flavour to them? Definitely not the nicest gummies I have tried. They are also currently priced at £16.99 for a month’s supply which is more than I would be prepared to spend unless they turn out to have actual miraculous properties. They do contain lots of good stuff like evening primrose, ashwagandha and riboflavin so I’m sure they are beneficial. They are still far more pleasant than taking tablets, but I’d shop around a bit before settling on these as I’m not convinced there aren’t better products available, especially for the price.
