Firstly I would like to say I take a variety of vitamins and supplements as they have definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing especially my immune system.Looking more into naturally derived supplements I have been looking into the health and wellbeing benefits of mushrooms.... They have been used in traditional medicines for centuries...This is a good simple way of trying them.... Taste delicious and I trust this brand....Keep well away from children as they look like sweets....
My whole family were happy to take one of these. They do have quite some sugar in them etc.I understand the mushroom has potential health benefits, but given the time taken and our diet changing all the time anyway I can really be sure of what if any long term benefits taking would result in. Its a question of faith.
These blackcurrant flavoured chaga gummies taste great.Chaga is purported to have strong anti-inflammatory properties and is packed full of anti-oxidants.The manufacturer recommends taking two gummies per day which means you have 30 day’s supply of the gummies. Thus should give time to see if you feel any benefit.
These gummies are a very useful food supplement with chaga mushroom, vitamin E and vitamin D.It is recommended 2 gummies a day however I am currently taking only one per day because it has vitamin D in it which I already take with a different multivitamin. You may want to check full list of ingredients on the tub.The flavour is lovely and gummies are easy to chew. Chaga mushroom is a known immunity support, cholesterol lower and strong antioxidant and with added vitamins this should give a good health boost.I have used Known Nutrition before and I like the fact that all supplements are rigorously tested and quality with highest standards.
