Fantastic!

This is a fantastic support supplement. It does exactly what it says. It has helped regulate my hormones.i sleep a lot better and rarely wake up at night. It has helped with my mood and feeling sad but more importantly it has helped lose those few extra pounds I put on when I started peri menopause . I no longer feel hungry throughout the day. It's a great support all round and I would highly recommend.

Better than expected

Been using this product for just over 4 weeks now and I'm pleasantly surprised. I've noticed a reduction in hot flushes, and I feel less anxious. I ran out of the advanced support liquid but had some of the gummies and I did notice a marked difference, more hot flushes returned so quickly ordered my next 2 bottles of the liquid.

Overall I'm pleased with the results and will continue to use this product.
