I got these as fed up of feeling tired all the time so thought I might try them, as soon as I took 2 I could feel a difference! Nice flavour and easy to take would definitely recommend 👍

Firstly I would like to say I take a variety of vitamins and supplements as they have definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing especially my immune system.Looking more into naturally derived supplements I have been looking into the health and wellbeing benefits of mushrooms.... They have been used in traditional medicines for centuries...This is a good simple way of trying them.... Taste delicious and I trust this brand....Keep well away from children as they look like sweets....

My whole family were happy to take one of these. They do have quite some sugar in them etc.I understand the mushroom has potential health benefits, but given the time taken and our diet changing all the time anyway I can really be sure of what if any long term benefits taking would result in. Its a question of faith.
