Immunity boost

Shiitake are great for your immunity. Paired with zinc, this is a nice supplement. Price isn’t too bad, and you could extend to 60 days if you just took 1 a day instead of 2. OH loves mushroom supplements, but hates taking tablets or capsules (yea, I don’t know what the issue is either!). Gummies are really accessible now, if you want to go that way. OH loves them. I’m not so keen, because of the sweetener. However, they taste ok (like sweeties really!) and are really easy to take. As with any supplement, don’t expect instant results, you need to be taking for a while - well in my experience anyway. OH is happily taking them and no adverse effects.

Nice cherry flavour

Cherry flavour zinc and shitake mushroom gummies. I have taken gummies from this brand before and have found them really good and easy to take. Great for adding essential minerals and beneficial mushrooms into your diet.
