Fantastic flavour for these immunity support mushrooms gummies, which have added vitamin C and B6 so they should also help with fatigue. The flavour is pomegranate and they are very easy and pleasant to chew.There are 60 in a bottle and with 2 gummies daily it will be a whole month supply. I am taking only one gummy a day to start with, so they should last about 2 months.
Not sure just how much these are helping, but they certainly have a lovely flavour.Vitamin C, B6, Selenium and zinc are all included, so not just relying on the Reishi mushrooms.
These mushroom gummies are yummy and convenient. You take 2 daily so this container of 60 will last you around a month. They taste great which isn’t surprising as various sugar products are the main ingredients! I really appreciate that this is a clearly marked vegetarian and vegan product - they haven’t used gelatine like some other brands. If you don’t like swallowing capsules and tablets then these a nice fruity, tasty alternative to support your immune system.
