These are better than regular gummies, you can only consume a tiny number of these per day and if they do something good in the process (which has not been proved by science), I am all for it. They taste lovely and are a nice size, which gives you a good fill if you have a couple more of other gummies of this sort to go with these.
As with any vitamin / supplement, it takes regular and continued use to see / feel any effect. These are apple flavoured and are easy to chew and digest - much easier than taking a pill format. I have taken a number of supplements from Known and find them a good quality brand. I am happy to continue to take these as part of my regular routine
These taste surprisingly good. I normally get seamoss in fresh gel form. But at times I forget to finish the jar and it ends up being wasted and its very expensive. I have also tried the seamoss capsules but there is a very big after taste when having it. But this is so effortless the gummies are a nice apple flavour. You cannot taste the seamoss at all
A great way of taking sea moss as I don't like the gel. Has a nice taste, time will tell if they have any real health benefits for me.
