Sweet gummies that are easy to take, but with the sugar added formulation, may not be for everyone.
For £14.99 (at the time of writing) for a month's supply, these good-tasting chewable gummies might not be the cheapest supplement but they are packed with a good amount of turmeric and ginger that may help with inflammation in the joint, and improve muscles and joint health in general.These gummies are suitable for vegans and made free from preservatives, artificial colours, flavours, GMOs ingredients, and gluten.Two gummies daily will give you a good amount of 990 mg of turmeric extract and 500 mg of ginger extract.I have mild arthritis in my knee and carpal tunnel syndrome. I have been taking turmeric with black pepper and ginger supplements for a while now following the advice from the GP. Taking it together with Glucosamine has made a huge improvement in my condition. I have taken these gummies for a month now, I continue to feel great, so they might be working for me too.However, these gummies are quite sweet, as they are made with glucose syrup and sucrose, and these are the first ingredients listed in the list which means they are the largest amount of ingredients used in the formulation.Nevertheless, if you can’t get vitamins naturally from food and vegetables, or from tablets or capsules, and you don’t have any problem taking sugar, then these delicious gummies can be a good option for you.Overall, good-tasting gummies that are easy to take but might not be for everyone.

These gummies are yummy! They taste great and are ideal if you don’t fancy taking tablets or capsules. You take 2 daily so the 60 will last you a month. At around £10 they’re comparable to taking a tablet or capsule. I appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan product. Ideal to take to help with my joint support.

Easy way to take turmeric
I've tried turmeric supplements before, but they've always been large capsules, and they unfortunately used to repeat on me.These gummies are definitely easier to take, and digest. The gummies are opaque and smooth, and a proper gummie. The flavour is pleasant, and quite a strong peach flavour, no ginger. But that was the only time I caught that, as they didn't repeat on me.Time will tell if they give any benefit, but they seem to be of to a good start. At £10.49 at time of writing, these are better value than some although still not cheap.
